Job Description Position: Senior Consultant 1 / Consultant 3 (C3) Unit: Advisory – Local Qatar Reports to: QRM Lead Salary - 25 to 35 LakhsPA Role Summary: The Senior Consultant is responsible forsupporting the businesswiththe applicable quality and risk management procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting risk management procedures, including but not limited to, conflict check procedures, client, thirdparty,engagementacceptance procedures, reviewing the proposals and contracting arrangements. - Support onrisk management and quality related projects,like,enhancements to policies, procedures,automationor implementation thereof. - Supporting the businessinmeeting the key requirements in the stated focus areas. - Support the businessbyconducting compliance audits in relation to risk management,qualityand engagement documentation requirements. - Support on any external quality and risk management audits - Stakeholder management in relation to theabove-mentionedareas. - Legal and regulatory support on ad hoc basis. - Prepare and conduct training on topics related to quality and risk management processes. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in complianceorRisk Managementrole - Strong risk management awareness andexpertisein risk management tools. - Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating within a team environment. - Proven experience inidentifyingopportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve risk-related challenges. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in business English. - Ability to coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. - Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Experience working across teams and functions in a professional setting.
