Senior Consultant

Lean Tree LimitedLondon

Who We Are

We are a Business Transformation Consultancy, passionate about supporting our clients with their transformation challenges and optimising how they work through the effective use of technology. Our goal is to help our clients realise true value from their investment.

We are growing quickly but continue to set the bar high. We are looking for consultants who combine strong delivery capability with curiosity, accountability and a desire to create meaningful impact for clients.

As an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT), our people are at the heart of everything we do. Everyone has a stake in our success, a voice in how we operate, and a shared responsibility to act with integrity, ambition and care.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong delivery management experience to join our growing Delivery Practice. You will lead complex digital, technology and business transformation initiatives, taking ownership of delivery across multiple teams or workstreams and ensuring outcomes support the client’s strategic objectives.

You will bring clarity to ambiguous situations, shape delivery approaches and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Working across business, Product, Engineering and supplier teams, you will manage competing priorities, resolve dependencies and maintain effective oversight of scope, quality, budgets, timelines and risk.

Your contribution will extend beyond client delivery. You will coach colleagues, strengthen our delivery capability and help grow client relationships by identifying opportunities, shaping potential engagements and contributing to proposals and bids.

Professional Consulting Expectations

As a consulting professional, your role extends beyond delivering high-quality client work. You will also contribute to Lean Tree’s growth, reputation and commercial success by building trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities to create additional value, supporting business development and proposals, sharing knowledge and strengthening our consulting capabilities.

Every consultant plays a part in generating future revenue by recognising client needs, identifying new opportunities, supporting account growth and contributing to market insights or thought leadership. Success is measured not only by client delivery, but also by your contribution to the firm’s long-term growth, profitability, capability and culture. Consultants at all levels are therefore expected to think commercially and understand that sustainable success depends on both excellent delivery and the development of future opportunities.

In addition to client delivery responsibilities, Senior Consultants should routinely identify opportunities to create additional client value, shape opportunities into potential engagements and work alongside senior colleagues to secure follow-on business. Senior Consultants are expected to play a visible role in developing the firm's intellectual property, coaching junior colleagues and enhancing the firm's reputation in the marketplace.
