Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations. 2. Development design, requirements definition, system development; 3. Prepare project documents; 4. Training, motivating and coaching team members. 5. Smooth communication between customer, vendor and HAND team. 6. Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. 7. Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies. 8. Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives. Requirement 1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline. PMP Certified preferred. 2. At least 10 years of IT experience. 3. Must have solid experience in project management skills (medium scale is ok). 4. BA skills and solid experience in going through the entire SDLC is a must. 5. Background in banking and finance field will be an advantage. 6. Domain knowledge in development of financial systems is preferrable. 7. Articulate, persuasive, good interpersonal skill and service attitude. 8. Can work independently, innovative, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills. 9. Good management skills on staff supervisory. 10. Good analytical, communication and documentation skills. 11. Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese to liaise with overseas counterparts. Good command of other languages will be added an advantage. Pay: $35,000.00 - $46,000.00 per month Benefits: Medical Insurance Paid sick time Work Location: In person
