The company delivers high-quality projects across multiple states. What You’ll Do Lead multiple luxury residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. Develop and manage project budgets , GMPs, cost estimates, forecasts, and schedules. Provide leadership across all phases of construction, ensuring projects progress efficiently and meet established budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Review and manage contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams. Manage project schedules, milestones, procurement, material lead times, and overall project logistics. Monitor project costs, commitments, change orders, and financial performance. Lead project meetings and maintain professional communication with clients and project stakeholders. Oversee permitting, inspections, code compliance, quality control, and construction progress. Identify and resolve project issues related to schedule, budget, quality, and execution. Lead project closeout, punch lists, final inspections, warranties, and client turnover. Travel to project sites across multiple locations/states as needed to oversee construction progress, quality, and overall project execution. The Successful Applicant: Project Management experience.(Required) 5+ years of construction experience in commercial and/or residential construction, including luxury projects. (Required) Proven experience managing complex, high-value construction projects . Moderate travel to project sites across multiple states as needed. Experience with cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, permitting, safety requirements, and project controls. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Excellent client management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under demanding deadlines. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced construction environment.
