WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE PEOPLE WHO CAN HELP LEAD IT. Lampasona Concrete isn't interested in maintaining the status quo. We're a rapidly expanding commercial and industrial concrete contractor, delivering complex, high-value projects for some of the nation's most respected general contractors and industrial clients. With approximately $70 million in projected annual revenue, a substantial backlog, and ambitious plans for continued expansion, we're building the team, infrastructure, and leadership necessary to become one of the premier concrete contractors in the country. And that takes exceptional people. We're looking for a high-performing Senior Project Manager with the experience, ambition, and leadership capabilities to ultimately grow into a Project Executive role. This isn't just another project management position. It's an opportunity to become a significant part of the leadership team shaping our future. THE OPPORTUNITY You'll initially take full ownership of major commercial and industrial concrete projects, managing execution, financial performance, client relationships, and coordination with our field operations. But your potential impact extends well beyond individual projects. As Lampasona continues to grow, we envision this individual helping to develop our next generation of Project Managers, overseeing increasingly substantial project portfolios, strengthening operational systems, and eventually assuming broader executive responsibility. We're looking for someone who can operate strategically while remaining deeply connected to the realities of construction. Someone who understands that great project management isn't just about schedules and paperwork. It's about leadership, profitability, execution, and relationships. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Project Execution & Financial Performance - Lead major commercial and industrial concrete projects from contract award through closeout. - Own budgets, cost-to-complete forecasting, schedule performance, change management, and profitability. - Identify financial and operational risks early and develop practical solutions. - Drive consistent project execution while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards. Leadership & Operational Coordination - Partner with field superintendents, operations leadership, estimating, and executive management. - Establish clear project expectations, accountability, and execution strategies. - Mentor developing Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers as opportunities arise. - Help establish consistent project management standards across an expanding organization. Client Relationships & Business Development - Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional general contractors. - Represent Lampasona with professionalism, credibility, and sound business judgment. - Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and generate repeat business. - Participate in project pursuits, preconstruction planning, and strategic discussions. Building for the Future - Help refine project management processes, financial controls, reporting, and forecasting. - Contribute to the development of scalable systems necessary to support substantial revenue growth. - Participate in leadership discussions regarding staffing, project strategy, execution, and organizational development. - Demonstrate the ability to ultimately oversee multiple Project Managers and a significant portfolio of work. THE PERSON WE WANT We're looking for a proven construction professional who brings far more than technical competency. Qualifications: - 8–12+ years of progressive construction experience, including significant project management responsibility. - Strong preference for direct commercial or industrial concrete subcontracting experience. - Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar construction projects. - Exceptional understanding of concrete construction means and methods, labor productivity, project financials, contracts, and risk management. - Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with sophisticated general contractors and construction management teams. - Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, ERP's, project scheduling tools, and construction financial reporting. - Ability and willingness to travel to project locations as required. Experience with cold-storage facilities, food production, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, tilt-up construction, and large-scale high-performance industrial slabs is highly desirable. WHAT SETS YOU APART You think like a business owner. You understand that revenue is important, but profitability, cash flow, and disciplined execution are what build successful companies. You can walk a jobsite with a superintendent in the morning, negotiate a substantial change order with a general contractor in the afternoon, and confidently discuss project financial performance with executive leadership. You know how to lead people without micromanaging them. You take accountability seriously, solve problems before they escalate, and recognize that strong relationships are among the most valuable assets in construction. Most importantly, you have the ambition and ability to grow beyond managing projects into leading the people who manage them. WHY JOIN LAMPASONA? Because the opportunity in front of us is significant. We're not a massive corporation where advancement depends on waiting for someone above you to retire. We're an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented organization where capable leaders have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and earn greater responsibility. You'll work closely with senior leadership, participate in meaningful business decisions, and have the opportunity to help shape the systems, culture, and operational structure of a growing company. We offer competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, benefits, challenging projects, and a potential advancement path toward Project Executive for the right individual. Advancement will be based on demonstrated performance, leadership capability, and the evolving needs of the organization. THIS OPPORTUNITY ISN'T FOR EVERYONE. If you're looking for a comfortable position where you simply process paperwork and pass problems along to someone else, this probably isn't the right fit. But if you thrive on responsibility, understand the financial and operational realities of construction, and want to help build an exceptional contracting organization, we'd like to meet you.
