Senior Compliance Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations . Manage PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, Shops & Establishments , and other compliances. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, payments, and registers . Conduct regular compliance audits and identify gaps. Manage labour department inspections, notices, and statutory queries. Monitor contractor/vendor labour compliance . Prepare compliance MIS and reports for management. Keep the company updated on changes in laws and regulations . Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for statutory compliance. Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification. Good knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Labour Compliance, and Employee Engagement . Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office applications. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills . Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality. Candidates from Vasai/Kaman and nearby locations will be preferred.
