Senior Compensation and Benefit Officer
POSITION SUMMARY The incumbent will report to HR Manager in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and HRIS. Being actively involved in C&B functions for payroll calculation and prepares HR analytics for management insight. Also supporting employee performance, engagement and other HR projects. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and handle in full spectrum of C&B operation including but not limited to payroll calculation, benefits, insurance, taxation, pension administration Maintain employee personal data, leave record and attendance records in HRIS Manage in work injury case, follow up with insurers and authorities, and ensure proper documentation and resolution. Assist in preparing annual performance appraisal and annual HR exercises. Provide accurate data and reports to support HR Manager review and decision‑making. Participate in HR projects and ad hoc HR initiatives KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Higher diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, or related discipline Minimum 5 years of hands-on compensation & benefits experience, including monthly payroll, tax reporting, MPF and benefits administration Resourceful and well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations Good numerical sense and analytical skills A strong sense of responsibility, independent, well-organized, analytical, a good-team-player and able to meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills Self-driven with commitment to continuous learning and improvement Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Human Resources Officer We offer attractive remunerations, including 5 days work, year-end double pay, group medical and life insurance. etc. Interested parties please apply with full resume, current and expected salary to HR Department.
