# Senior Cloud Security Product Manager, APAC **PERSOL** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 10 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities: APAC Market and Industry Insights: Conduct market, industry, competitor and customer research across APAC, focusing on cloud security, data security, digital identity, PKI and other digital-trust solutions. Identify emerging trends, market opportunities and key customer requirements. Security Product Strategy and Planning: Translate regional insights and customer needs into product strategies, Offering plans, roadmap priorities and competitiveness improvements. Support scenario analysis, OBP initiation and product lifecycle management. Requirement and Product Management: Collect, assess and prioritize requirements from regional customers and strategic projects. Identify high-value, reusable requirements to support RAT decisions, product enhancements, localization and commercialization. Strategic Project and Business Support: Support key APAC security opportunities and projects, including solution planning, POCs, business incubation and implementation coordination. Convert successful customer scenarios into scalable product capabilities and standardized offerings. Cross-functional and Ecosystem Collaboration: Work with China HQ, product, R&D, sales, delivery, compliance and partner teams to drive product development and market adoption. Develop joint solutions with technology and ISV partners and provide product enablement to regional teams. Language : To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team Requirements: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in ICT, cybersecurity, cloud security, digital trust, technology strategy or product management. Relevant experience in one or more security domains, such as cloud security, data security, PKI, certificate services, digital identity, privacy protection or security management. Proven experience in market and industry research, product strategy, Offering or roadmap planning, requirements management, product incubation or commercialisation. Experience supporting enterprise or strategic customer projects, including solution planning, POCs, business development or implementation coordination. Strong project and stakeholder-management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate product, R&D, sales, delivery, compliance and partner teams. A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, together with cloud, cybersecurity, PKI or enterprise-architecture certifications, would be advantageous. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
