WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER / PROJECTS MANAGER

PERORIENT BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC – Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 25,000/month (Fully Inclusive)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to independently manage construction site operations and represent our company in technical, engineering, and contractual discussions with consultants and clients.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Dubai Municipality (DM) Unlimited Classification.
• Trakhees approval/qualification and strong familiarity with Dubai Development Authority (DDA).
• Minimum 10 years of UAE construction experience, preferably with main contractors.
• Civil Engineering degree.
• Proven experience in building construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and contractual management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all construction site operations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Negotiate technical, contractual, and commercial matters.
• Manage project schedules, quality, costs, and site resources.
• Identify and manage variations, delays, claims, and contractual risks.
• Resolve engineering challenges and protect the company's contractual interests.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 25,000/month, fully inclusive, based on experience and qualifications.
