The candidate must be capable of managing the complete construction lifecycle , from Mivan formwork and monolithic slab casting to civil works, MEP coordination, finishing, snag rectification, quality checks and final flat handover . Key Responsibilities: Manage high-rise/Mivan construction and floor cycles. Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete and finishing works. Coordinate MEP, contractors, consultants and site teams. Monitor quality, safety, materials, manpower and project timelines. Drive flats from structural completion to handover-ready condition . Conduct inspections, snagging and final rectification. Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience in high-rise residential construction + Mivan/monolithic execution + end-to-end flat handover . Salary: As per industry standards Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
