Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team and drive financial excellence across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive accounting expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, prepare accurate financial statements, and support strategic financial planning. This is a multi-family office and you would be working directly with the financial planning team and the legal team. Responsibilities Working directly with the financial planning teams in a collaborative effort to coordinate tax, with the financial planning team. Oversee the collection and AI parsing of tax source documents using TaxGPT Oversee and coordinate business clients with the bookkeeping team, and the tax team Experience Proven experience as a CPA with a strong background in public accounting or corporate finance environments. Demonstrated expertise in using financial software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft or similar platforms for bookkeeping and financial management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel—for data analysis using functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, spreadsheets management, and Excel data analysis techniques. Ability to perform detailed account analysis including bank reconciliation, journal entries creation, balance sheet reconciliation, and account reconciliation processes. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial reports accurately while maintaining high attention to detail.
