Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and technical matters. Review drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with regulations. Lead site teams and provide technical guidance. Prepare progress reports and support the Project Manager. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field. 5–7 years of building construction experience. Experience with A1 Main Contractors in Singapore preferred. Strong knowledge of construction, safety, and local regulations. Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
