This pivotal role offers the opportunity to influence and optimise procurement processes that support our business objectives and drive operational excellence. Senior Buyer facilitates the development, implementation, execution, and communication of the Procurement strategy and initiatives at the OpCo level (FrieslandCampina Romania). With a strong understanding of the OpCo strategy, business, and processes, the Business Procurement Manager represents the business’s interests and supports strategic, tactical, and operational procurement activities. What We Ask Background and experience: Academic education Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) – Advanced Excel skills. Any IT skills can be perceived as an advantage Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in Procurement (direct) Negotiation skills Strong project management skills Fluent in English and Romanian Located in Bucharest Soft skills: Team player Eager to learn and develop Excellent communication skills and business sense Feeling accountable, taking action and making sure alignment is in place between different stakeholders Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong analytical skills and critical attention to detail Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines Flexibility to maintain connectivity in a mix working schedule format (home and office) Joining FrieslandCampina means becoming part of a purpose-driven organisation committed to sustainable growth and innovation.
