Senior Business Setup Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Setup Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide international and local clients through end-to-end corporate formation, regulatory approvals, licensing, and corporate structuring in mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Consultation: Advise clients on legal structures, jurisdiction selection (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore), licensing options, ownership rules, and visa requirements tailored to their business goals.
• End-to-End Company Formation: Oversee trade name reservation, initial approvals, Memorandum of Association (MOA) drafting, lease assistance, and final trade license issuance.
• Government & Authority Liaison: Coordinate efficiently with the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET/DED), free zone authorities, immigration, ministry departments, and banking partners.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Manage incoming leads, conduct client consultations, prepare proposals/cost breakups, negotiate contracts, and achieve monthly business setup revenue targets.
• Corporate Banking Support: Assist clients with bank account opening procedures, compliance checks, and documentation requirements.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, channel partners, PRO teams, and clients for repeat business and referrals.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in UAE company formation, business setup, and corporate services.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE Companies Law, DET regulations, major Free Zone rules (e.g., IFZA, Meydan, DMCC, DAFZA, RAKEZ), and PRO workflows.
• Sales Track Record: Proven ability to close business consulting deals, manage client relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills ( Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage ).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
