Key Responsibilities: - Drive the end-to-end B2B/Enterprise sales cycle , from prospecting to closure. - Build relationships with CXOs, CHROs, Heads of HR, and senior decision-makers . - Understand client needs and present relevant learning and performance solutions. - Manage sales pipeline, proposals, negotiations, and revenue targets. - Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized client solutions. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in B2B, Enterprise, or Professional Services Sales . - MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related field. - Strong consultative selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven experience handling senior stakeholders and closing enterprise deals. - Experience in HR, L&D, Talent Development, or Learning Technology is preferred.
