Our client supports leading industrial companies on high-value engineering projects and is currently expanding its operations across Spain and Europe. In this role, you will take full ownership of your business scope with a clear objective: develop your client portfolio, build your own team of consultants and directly contribute to the company's growth. Environment & Culture Strong entrepreneurial and performance-driven culture High level of autonomy in managing your business Accessible management and fast decision-making processes Rapid expansion across Spain and Europe Initiative and ownership are highly valued Career progression directly linked to performance À propos du poste Your Responsibilities You will manage your activity across three key areas: Business Development Prospect and develop new industrial accounts Identify your clients' technical and business needs Build and grow your own client portfolio Negotiate and close commercial agreements Develop long-term relationships with existing clients Recruitment & Management Identify and recruit engineering consultants for client projects Build and develop your own team of consultants Support consultants throughout their assignments Ensure a high level of client and consultant satisfaction Business Management Manage your revenue and margins Drive the profitability of your business scope Define and execute your business development strategy Monitor and analyse your key performance indicators Profil recherché Profile You have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Manager, Business Developer or in a similar role , ideally within engineering consulting or technical services You have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy building and developing a business from the ground up We are particularly looking for: Strong business development and client acquisition skills An entrepreneurial mindset Autonomy and resilience Ability to build and develop long-term business relationships Ambition and a strong desire to progress quickly Driving licence and own vehicle required Compensation & Benefits Competitive fixed salary based on experience Uncapped variable compensation directly linked to performance Health insurance / employee benefits Additional bonus Fast career progression based on results Position based in Barcelona Permanent contract – Available as soon as possible Know someone who could be a good fit for this position?
