The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support the growth of the company’s project portfolio. Daily responsibilities include researching market trends, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal project and operations teams, and attending client meetings and industry events. The role also involves managing a sales pipeline, monitoring competitor activity, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are understood and integrated into service offerings. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in business development specially in ADNOC AREAS like HABSHAN, RUWAIS INSIDE CICPA , sales, or account management, ideally within construction, earthwork , contracting, or related industries. - Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder communication. - Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare clear business proposals and presentations. - Proficiency with common office and CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and reports. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE construction market and local business practices is an advantage. - Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively on-site with diverse teams and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to clients and colleagues. Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month Experience: - ADNOC EARTHWORK : 6 years (Required) - ADNOC INSIDE CICPA : 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
