This is a senior leadership role for a highly driven, people-oriented professional with strong networks, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships and business growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead dentist recruitment and network-building initiatives nationwide Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified dentists Develop relationships with dentists, dental schools, professional organizations, and healthcare networks Source and engage dentists through networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and other channels Partner with HR and the Clinical Team on dentist recruitment, onboarding, and engagement Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Build relationships with potential partners, institutions, and key stakeholders Support Primacare’s branch expansion and overall business growth through dentist acquisition and strategic partnerships Lead, coach, and develop the Business Development team Represent Primacare in networking activities, recruitment events, industry events, and business meetings Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management Travel nationwide as required WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Partnerships, or related functions Strong experience in dentist/doctor recruitment or professional recruitment is highly preferred Established network within the dental, healthcare, medical, or professional community is a strong advantage Proven experience in business development and relationship management Experience leading and managing a team Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Highly proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful Excellent relationship-building and people skills Strong business judgment and strategic thinking Executive-level maturity, professionalism, and leadership presence Willing to travel nationwide WHY JOIN PRIMACARE?
