Senior Business Setup Consultant

SwissPro Business Solutions is a Swiss-owned consulting firm based in Dubai, supporting entrepreneurs and businesses with company formation, accounting, tax, compliance, corporate services and immigration.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Setup Consultant who can advise clients, manage company formation files from initial enquiry through completion, and coordinate effectively with our internal teams and external authorities.

This position combines client advisory, business development and hands-on operations . You should be comfortable taking ownership of files, working through administrative requirements and keeping clients informed at every stage.

Your responsibilities

Business setup and client advisory

• Understand each client’s business activities, objectives and requirements.
• Advise on suitable Mainland and Free Zone setup options, licensing requirements and visa options.
• Prepare clear proposals and quotations, explaining costs, requirements and next steps.
• Manage company formation, licence renewal and amendment files.
• Coordinate applications with the relevant authorities and follow up until completion.

Client relationships and business development

• Conduct consultations online and in person.
• Follow up on enquiries, convert qualified leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide timely updates and take responsibility for resolving outstanding issues.

Operations and internal coordination

• Collect and check documents before submission.
• Track deadlines, approvals, payments and pending client actions.
• Coordinate with accounting, compliance, immigration and management.
• Maintain organised client files and accurate records.
• Support day-to-day administration and help improve internal processes.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of hands-on UAE business setup experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE Free Zones and Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) procedures.
• Experience managing company formation and renewal applications independently.
• Familiarity with immigration, residency visa processes and corporate compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage several client files simultaneously with accuracy and consistent follow-up.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in handling client consultations and closing sales.
• Experience using CRM systems; Zoho CRM is an advantage .
• Basic understanding of accounting and tax services, with the ability to coordinate with specialists.
• Excellent spoken and written English. French and/or Arabic is an advantage.
