Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (Avaloq & Wealth Management)

We invite applications to the following position: Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage business and system enhancement initiatives related to Wealth Management and Private Banking platforms, with a focus on Avaloq. Partner with business stakeholders, operations, compliance, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical and effective solutions. Perform business analysis, gap analysis, and process reviews to identify opportunities for operational improvement, automation, and enhanced client service. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Avaloq-related projects, system enhancements, and business initiatives. Drive end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design, stakeholder coordination, testing, implementation, and post-launch support. Facilitate workshops, discussions, and meetings to gather requirements, manage expectations, and achieve consensus among stakeholders. Prepare and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, operational procedures, and project documentation. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate business scenarios, and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements. Support change management activities, user training, and adoption of new processes and system functionalities. Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Collaborate with internal and external vendors to support system implementation and enhancement initiatives. Job Requirements: Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, System Implementation, or Business Transformation within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Retail Banking. Solid hands-on experience with Avaloq, including business processes, system functionalities, and implementation or enhancement projects. Strong understanding of Wealth Management products, client lifecycle management, investment services, account opening, securities, deposits, and related operational workflows. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders across business and technology teams. Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Experience managing project timelines, risks, dependencies, and project governance activities. Knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance requirements would be an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.
