Our consulting practice covers utilization reviews, upgrades and implementations, integrations, and support and training. Our software supports shop floor and warehouse optimization, data collection, time and labor, labeling, and analytics, with an installed base of hundreds of customer sites. The systems we work in are Infor LN, Baan, Infor LX, BPCS, Infor M3, and Infor XA. Our clients are discrete and process manufacturers, small and mid-size, domestic and international. We are a small, well-established firm headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois Benefits for Senior Consultant Roles Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and accident insurance 401k with profit sharing Paid time off Full Time Senior Business Analyst / Consultant, Infor LX and BPCS You will lead BPCS and Infor LX engagements for manufacturing clients, gathering requirements, running implementations, and serving as the connection point to our development team. What you will do Define, gather, and document business requirements with clients Guide users through implementing features and functionality in their ERP and connected systems Project manage ERP and related software implementations Identify additional opportunities within your accounts Serve as technical liaison to the Crossroads RMC development team Work with development to test and deliver solutions Train client teams on standard ERP and add-on software What you bring 5+ years of hands-on BPCS and Infor LX experience 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution 5+ years as an ERP business analyst or functional consultant Solid project management background Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear written and verbal communication, since you will be client-facing daily Helpful, but not required Data collection experience APICS certification Location Chicago Suburbs, Illinois (Corporate HQ) — Remote and Hybrid options available Experience 5+ years Travel 75%+, including occasional international Reports To Consulting Manager
