In this role, you will bridge functional business processes and complex enterprise IT architectures by defining requirements, performing gap analyses, and mapping efficient workflows. You will collaborate closely with global business leaders and technical teams to deliver impactful Oracle ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Define, document, and review detailed functional requirements, business process flows, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM). Analyze financial business structures, conduct gap analyses between current and future ERP landscapes, and propose optimized process improvements. Assist in production issue triage and impact assessments for enterprise Oracle EBS and Fusion implementations. Plan and facilitate collaborative workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer engagements across cross-functional teams. Develop project documentation, executive presentations, training materials, and status reports for senior stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Operations, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Over 8 years of experience leading business transformation, process improvement, and business/technical architecture initiatives. Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion) Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, Fixed Assets, etc.). In-depth functional knowledge in procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, loan accounting, and cost center management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, process visualization tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Pipefy), and SDLC/Agile methodologies. Preferred: Background in multilateral development banks or the broader international banking sector.
