# Senior Business Analyst **Technical Recruitment** · Mandaluyong · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will support the delivery of major enhancements and adoption of Management Approval System (MAS), and Board Paper Library (BoardLib) in connection with integration with SovOps. He/she will play a key role in reviewing, designing and documenting business processes, elicit functional and non-functional requirements and, if needed, conduct quality assurance tasks in the context of the implementation of new features in MAS and BoardLib. What You Will Do: act as a point of contact for IT teams and business stakeholders, facilitating the efficient exchange of technical solutions and business requirements. lead Conferences and Workshops: Plan and lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to get feedback, confirm specifications, and guarantee alignment and buy-in from stakeholders. conduct periodic learning workshops to MAS and BoardLib user communities ensuring smooth transitions and adoption through communication, training, and support. create training materials to be used for continuous learning references. ensure the accuracy and content of the system’s knowledgebase based on the current application features. conduct requirements elicitation workshop and present findings to stakeholders. gather and analyze data from many sources to spot patterns, trends, and insights that can guide business choices and workflow enhancements. define business processes in consultation with business users. identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. develop and recommend solutions to address business problems and meet stakeholder needs. develop necessary requirements for the project in Azure Dev Ops, aligned with the standard document artifacts as supporting documents. provide thorough specifications covering functional and non-functional requirements for minor and major enhancements. collaborate with the QA team to provide and validate test scenarios for creation of test cases, and test scripts. coordinate with testing team and assist users with User Acceptance Testing. collaborate with ITD teams to implement new technology solutions specifically with ITD colleagues working on the integrating systems on any technical requirements needed for providing a holistic solution to the business. Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course At least 10 years of solid experience in business analysis and 5 years in a senior business analysis role 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, financial services sector 7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes Familiarity with data analysis tools, business process modeling, and project management methodologies. Strong training and facilitation skills to design and deliver engaging training programs. Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall Methodology Knowledgeable in using Azure Dev Ops on managing iterations and building user stories and relevant supporting documents Knowledgeable in Microsoft Technology Stack such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI Has the ability to build rapport, manage relationships, and address concerns and has relevant experience in providing user adoption training. Strong stakeholder communication and management skills. Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
