JOB SPECIFICATION: Academic Qualification: Degrees in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Work Experience: 1. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, and analyzing complex business processes. 2. Experience in managing business analysis projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines. 3. Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms, to derive insights from data and support data-driven decision-making. 4. Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders at various levels, including business users, project managers, and technical teams. 5. Experience in designing and implementing business solutions, evaluating options, and providing recommendations that align with business needs and goals. 6.
