Analyse and improve business processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for structural improvements. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, product, UX, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to align requirements and priorities. Support solution design and validation through prototyping, POCs, pilots, user research, testing, UAT, and defect resolution. Perform data analysis and provide insights using SQL, Excel, dashboards, and visualisation tools to support evidence-based decisions. Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, delivery tracking, stakeholder communication, and mentoring junio r BAs. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Product Delivery, or related roles. Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and business analysis. Proven ability in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, UAT/testing, Jira, Confluence, and process visualisation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau or similar data tools to generate actionable insights. ALPSOFT TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.
