Key Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Capacity Management / Infrastructure Operations 4+ years hands-on experience with BMC Helix Capacity Optimization (BHCO) / TrueSight Capacity Optimization Strong capacity planning, forecasting, and performance analysis experience Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability platforms Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift SQL and reporting/dashboard experience Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills Preferred: BMC Certified Professional / ITIL Foundation Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or relevant infrastructure certifications Experience in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments Scripting, automation, or API integration experience Interested candidates, please send your updated CV to jorgie.gaspar@peopleplustech.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Work Location: Remote
