Senior BIM Coordinator

On-site in Hyderabad, India. Please read before applying.

You will be the technical voice our Saudi clients hear every day. You run multi-discipline BIM coordination on live KSA infrastructure and public-realm packages, working directly with our Managing Director.

What you will own

• The client coordination call: agenda, clash and comment review, decisions with owners and dates, minutes out the same day.
• One federated model that lines up: Revit, Civil 3D, IFC and DWG on shared coordinates, checked before every append.
• Clash cycles that close: Navisworks tests grouped and prioritised, every clash with an owner and a date.
• Client comments and RFIs logged, assigned to the right discipline lead and closed on time.
• Clean issues: every package checked against the EIR, BEP and MIDP before it goes (naming, coordinates, LOD per element, file health), with transmittals and the drawing register on ACC/BIM 360 or the client's CDE.
• A progress tracker the client trusts: what is open, who owns it, when it closes.
• Modellers who get better: our Revit and Civil 3D modellers work through your checks, and you help them fix issues at source.
• Early warning on scope: when a request goes beyond the BEP or the agreed LOD, you flag it the same day.

Design responsibility stays with the discipline leads and the designer of record. You own coordination and information quality.

Must-have

• 6+ years in BIM or design delivery, including 4+ years as a BIM Coordinator running clash tests and coordination meetings yourself.
• You have chaired coordination meetings with a client, PMC or consultant on GCC projects (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar or similar), on site or from an India delivery office. Attending, or preparing reports for someone else's meeting, does not count.
• Multi-discipline coordination: architecture, structure, MEP and infrastructure, not one trade.
• Strong Revit and Navisworks: you set up search sets, tolerances and clash grouping yourself.
• You can federate a Civil 3D model with Revit models and fix a coordinate mismatch at source (survey point, shared coordinates, true north).
• ISO 19650 in practice: EIR, BEP, MIDP/TIDP, LOD per element.
• ACC/BIM 360 or a similar CDE.
• Clear spoken and written English; you can hold a technical discussion with a client alone.
• B.E./B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) or B.Arch.

Nice to have

• Saudi projects, especially roads, utilities, landscape or public realm.
• Hands-on Civil 3D (corridors, surfaces, pipe networks).
• Revizto, Solibri or Dynamo.

The setup

• Full-time, on-site at our office in Hyderabad, India. You are based in India today; relocating to Hyderabad is fine.
• Our clients in Saudi Arabia work Sunday to Thursday; you'll align your hours with theirs, and working days are agreed at offer. Riyadh is IST minus 2:30, so the client day runs 10:30 to 19:30 IST, and coordination calls can run later.

Experience:

• BIM coordination, running clash tests and meetings: 4 years (Preferred)
