We are looking for a BIM Coordinator with a strong passion for Building Information Modelling (BIM) to help drive digital project delivery across architecture, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines. You will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, ensuring information consistency, and supporting project teams in delivering high-quality and clash-free designs. Your work will help project teams identify risks early, improve constructability, enhance collaboration, and reduce rework throughout the project lifecycle. What will you do Define BIM requirements, standards, execution plans, and project information delivery strategies. Establish and manage BIM platforms, Common Data Environments (CDE), and information management processes. Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM delivery and support project teams in adopting BIM and digital delivery best practices. Review, validate, and assure the quality, coordination, and compliance of BIM models and deliverables. Monitor project BIM performance, risks, information quality, and stakeholder requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Drive innovation, automation, R&D, and continuous improvement initiatives beyond BIM coordination to enhance digital project delivery. What you bring We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and passionate about using data to solve real business challenges. You should bring: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Specialist, BIM Engineer, or a similar role. Strong understanding of BIM processes, multidisciplinary coordination, information management, and project delivery workflows. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Autodesk Forma. Experience working with cloud-based BIM collaboration platforms, Common Data Environments (CDE), and information management systems. Good understanding of BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), model coordination, clash detection, model review, and information exchange requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, manage, and resolve coordination issues. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Outgoing personality with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence in leading BIM coordination workshops and project meetings. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams across different project disciplines. Experience with automation, scripting, or programming (e.g. Dynamo, Python, VBA, PowerShell) is an advantage.
