# Senior BIM Architect **HR Hub** · Maadi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Experience: 6+ years Reporting Line: Team Leader / Head of Unit Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural technical packages from approved schematic design through detailed design and tender/construction documentation. - Prepare and maintain BIM models, drawings, construction details, and schedules. - Coordinate architectural work with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. - Review models, drawings, schedules, and supporting documents for consistency and accuracy. - Resolve technical issues, construction details, and technical interfaces. - Apply relevant codes, standards, project requirements, and QA/QC procedures. - Review assigned team outputs before Team Leader / Head of Unit review. - Provide technical guidance and BIM support to architects and junior team members. - Support tender clarifications and technical responses when required. - Prepare work plans and monitor progress against agreed deadlines. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. - 6+ years of relevant experience in architectural technical design and documentation. - Mandatory hands-on BIM proficiency, demonstrated through completed technical models and drawing packages. - Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, schedules, and documentation standards. - Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
