The Role Remote Small, VC-backed team with multi-year runway Collaborative work with co-founders on product roadmap Full-cycle development of backend services from design to deployment Stack Backend: TypeScript, Node.js Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js AWS, Railway, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, Redis We're Looking For Several years of TypeScript experience, developing and deploying to production Strong knowledge of data modeling, building pipelines, and ETL processes Proven leadership qualities with a proactive mindset and ownership mentality Experience working in asynchronous teams Nice-to-Haves Experience with LLMs or ML in production Web crawling and data scraping experience at scale Mentoring experience Startup experience Benefits Competitive compensation with equity Regular off-sites Health insurance Learning and home office stipends
