In this role, you will collaborate with Automation Architects, Business Stakeholders, Development, and QA teams to build scalable, maintainable automation solutions that enhance product quality, streamline execution effort, and maximize test ROI. Scope of Work & Responsibilities Focused on the Trade, Supply Chain, and Microfinance (TSCMF) product delivery, key responsibilities include: Requirements & Strategy Analysis: Analyze requirements, user stories, and test cases to identify automation opportunities, conduct feasibility assessments, and run POCs for optimal tool selection. Strategy & Governance: Collaborate with Automation Architects to establish automation strategies, frameworks, standards, and governance processes. Script Development & Execution: Design, build, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and reusable components using tools like Datadog, Power Automate, and leading industry solutions. Cross-Platform Testing: Execute automated testing across Web/UI, API, Database, Desktop, Cloud, and Enterprise applications. CI/CD Integration: Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines to drive continuous testing practices. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor execution results, troubleshoot failures, ensure script stability, and minimize false positives. Defect & Asset Management: Manage test assets, defect lifecycles, and execution data using Azure DevOps (ADO). Reporting & Metrics: Analyze quality trends and metrics to report automation status, risks, and ROI dashboards to key stakeholders. Handover & Support: Facilitate test closure activities, knowledge transfers, and smooth BAU handovers of automation documentation. Manual Testing (As Needed): Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and scripts. Execute manual tests and document evidence and test results. Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Software Testing. Technical Mastery: Proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level test automation frameworks. Tooling & Environments: Hands-on experience with tools like Datadog, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps (ADO) across Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments. Domain Expertise: Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or TSCMF is an advantage. Certifications: Software testing or automation certifications are a plus. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfortable stakeholder-facing delivery. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage tight deadlines independently or as part of a collaborative team. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ortigas
