Senior Atqc – Automation Frameworks
- Experienced in establishing QA processes from scratch, following industry best practices and company standards
- Proven ability to design and implement test automation strategies and frameworks from scratch, with a focus on scalability and reusability across multiple projects
- Strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript for test automation development
- Solid experience in API and service testing , including relevant testing methodologies and practices
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines for test automation
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate QA activities across multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, including user story analysis, test case design, test execution, and defect management
- Hands-on experience developing automated tests for smoke, regression, integration, functional, end-to-end (E2E), and performance testing
- Strong client-facing communication and quality management skills, including progress reporting, QA metrics, timelines, and stakeholder presentations
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher , with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and teams in technical discussions, meetings, and written documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products
- Establish and implement QA processes from scratch, directly contributing to product quality and continuous improvement
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, reusable modules, and automated test scripts
- Create and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, procedures, and execution reports
- Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders to align expectations, provide progress updates, and address quality-related concerns
- Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues in collaboration with development and engineering teams
- Incorporate feedback to continuously improve testing practices, automation processes, and overall product quality
- Contribute to ongoing process optimization while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and team collaboration
