Technical Oversight: Review vendor shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs for accuracy. Site Supervision: Oversee construction execution to ensure compliance with approved IFC drawings. Team Leadership: Manage multi-disciplinary teams and act as the main client/contractor contact. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture. Experience: 7 to 15+ years managing large-scale building projects. Software: Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
