# Senior Architect – Project Site Leader & Project Estimator **Saint Mark Construction Supply** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role What We Offer: Competitive Salary Package Career Growth Opportunities Stable Work Environment Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: * Lead and oversee architectural and stone construction activities across assigned project sites. * Read, interpret, and review architectural, structural, and other technical plans and drawings. * Proficient in CAD/CADD for reviewing, preparing, and coordinating technical drawings. * Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, material requirements, and project budgets. * Knowledgeable in natural and artificial stone, including materials, applications, fabrication, and installation requirements. * Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Capable of managing and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, budget, quality, and schedule. * Provide strong site leadership, supervision, and technical direction to project teams. * Identify and resolve site issues, design discrepancies, material concerns, and other project-related challenges. * Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and team leadership skills. * Willing to be assigned to different project sites as required. * Able to work under pressure and manage tight project deadlines. * Willing to work overtime when necessary to meet project requirements and deadlines. * Demonstrates strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
