Position: Architect Location: Jebel Ali Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop innovative and functional architectural designs for exhibitions and store fit-outs. Create detailed architectural plans, sketches, and renderings that align with project goals and client specifications. Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather data for design development. Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on design progress and timelines. Coordinate with engineers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and documentation. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Proven experience in architectural design, preferably in exhibition or retail environments. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
