(M.Arch. Preferred) Key Responsibilities Coordinate with external architectural consultants for design development, revisions, and approvals. Review architectural drawings and recommend practical improvements based on execution requirements. Collaborate with Construction, QS, MEP, Procurement, CRM, Sales, and other internal teams for seamless project execution. Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is executed as per approved architectural drawings and specifications. Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with consultants and project teams. Support value engineering and design optimization while maintaining quality and functionality. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, design standards, and project schedules. Participate in design review meetings and provide technical guidance to project stakeholders. Candidate Profile B.Arch. (M.Arch. preferred). Minimum 15+ years of experience in residential real estate projects. Strong experience in high-rise apartments, villas, plotted developments, and township projects . Excellent understanding of architectural drawings, construction methodologies, and site execution. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office . Preference Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
