Guiding the team and supporting junior staff wherever required, while maintaining a strong standard of work across the board. Coordinating with all disciplines to make sure architectural elements are properly integrated and nothing is missed between teams. Implementing and maintaining the project assurance and QA/QC systems as per project needs. Reviewing the current IFC package and checking the overall completeness. Carrying out detailed QA/QC of drawings against architectural specifications, and identifying any gaps, inconsistencies, or missing scope. Checking plans, elevations, sections, and details to ensure everything is complete and aligned with project requirements. Reviewing all interface details and ensuring proper coordination with façade, landscape, interior design, and external works. Making sure standard details are available, and suggesting additional details where needed for better clarity and constructability. Verifying that all areas—front of house, back of house, common areas, service rooms—have proper detailing (finishes, ceilings, walls, etc.) and meet project standards. Highlighting any missing information or discrepancies and following up for proper resolution. Reviewing critical elements like staircases, corridors, handrails, fire escape routes, etc., with a focus on practicality, safety, and authority compliance. Checking lift and vertical transportation details, including coordination with finishes and other disciplines. Reviewing landscape (soft and hard), swimming pools, and related architectural/ID coordination. Ensuring proper coordination between architectural and MEP services, especially at final fix stages. Reviewing acoustic and lighting requirements from specialist inputs. Checking all external architectural finishes and fixtures against project specifications. Reviewing parking layouts, including coordination with MEP and compliance with authority regulations. Pay: AED4,946.93 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
