Senior Architect

We are looking for a strong architectural professional with proven UAE experience, particularly in Sharjah, who possesses in-depth knowledge of Sharjah Municipality regulations, building codes, approval procedures, and architectural design standards.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to independently manage architectural projects from concept design through authority approvals and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings and technical documents.
• Ensure full compliance with Sharjah Municipality regulations and UAE building codes.
• Handle architectural submissions, authority approvals, and technical coordination.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering departments.
• Review drawings and ensure technical accuracy and quality.
• Manage design modifications and resolve technical issues.
• Supervise and guide architectural team members.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience .
• Strong and proven experience in the UAE engineering consultancy sector.
• Extensive experience with Sharjah Municipality requirements and approval procedures is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE building regulations and architectural standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects efficiently.
