In this role, you will lead projects from initial conceptualization through to site completion, ensuring designs align with client requirements, local municipality codes, and the unique environmental conditions of the region. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Manage complex architectural projects, ensuring technical excellence, design integrity, and delivery on budget and schedule. Client & Authorities Coordination: Act as the primary technical contact for clients and liaise with local authorities (such as Al Ain Municipality) to secure project approvals and permits. Design & Technical Execution: Oversee preparation of schematic designs, detailed architectural drawings, BIM models, and specification documents. Team Supervision: Guide, mentor, and review the output of junior architects, interior designers, and drafting technicians. Engineering Integration: Direct multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, and civil engineering teams. abu dhabi and al-ain municipality legalization understanding Site Supervision & Quality Control: Perform regular site visits across Al Ain to evaluate progress, verify contractor compliance, resolve field-level constructability issues, and review material submissions. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university. Experience: 3 to 8 years of post-graduate architectural experience, ideally within the UAE or GCC region. Licensure / Registrations: Society of Engineers (SOE) UAE membership (or eligibility) and familiarity with local municipality submission processes. Technical Proficiency: High competency in Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or Rhino). In-depth understanding of local building codes, land-use regulations, ADA accessibility, and UAE Fire and Life Safety guidelines. Core Competencies: Strong project management, client-facing presentation, and site administration skills. Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage for local authority coordination). Compensation & Benefits Salary: To be determined based on candidate qualifications and experience.
