Your primary focus will be resolving support tickets, coding, if needed, troubleshooting integration and backend issues, and maintaining clear technical documentation. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to development tasks and optional AI/automation enhancements, helping to improve system efficiency and automation over time. Must Haves: Must be willing to work on hybrid setup in Taguig with flexibility to work onsite as and when necessary. Has at least 7 years hands-on work experience troubleshooting, coding, debugging, documentation of any Java-based HCM platform; HR, SAP, Workday, ATS, SuccessFactors considered. Has experience mentoring Junior Application Support Engineers or Software Engineers Has experience in technology stack: Java, Spring Boot, Restful API, Microservices, AWS environment and following Agile methodology Has used ticketing tools such as Odoo, Jira or ServiceNow Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Where are you residing?
