# Senior API & Integration Developer **Loan Simple** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Senior API & Integration Developer The Role Loan Simple is looking for an experienced Senior API & Integration Developer to build and own the integrations and internal applications that connect the technology behind our business. Our technology environment spans lead acquisition, contact center systems, CRM, marketing automation, digital mortgage applications, loan origination, and data warehousing. This role owns the connective layer between those platforms. You'll build API integrations, automate manual processes, develop internal tools, and create the monitoring needed to ensure data moves reliably across the organization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant autonomy, direct access to the CTO, and visible impact on the business. Custom .NET development within the Encompass loan origination system is handled separately and is not a requirement of this role. What You'll Do - Design, build, and maintain API integrations across our core technology platforms. - Develop middleware and automated processes that synchronize records, statuses, and activity between systems. - Build internal web applications and tools that eliminate repetitive administrative work. - Automate user provisioning and other cross-platform workflows. - Build and maintain data pipelines supporting our data warehouse and business intelligence platforms. - Implement monitoring and alerting so integration failures and data issues are identified quickly. - Troubleshoot API failures, authentication issues, data mismatches, and vendor platform changes. - Maintain reliable customer and transaction identity across systems for attribution and reporting. - Replace fragile file transfers and manual processes with reliable API-driven solutions. - Implement and validate consumer contact preference and suppression handling across all outbound communication channels. - Write technical specifications for externally developed web properties and validate that vendor implementations conform to them. - Document integrations, dependencies, recovery procedures, and technical standards. - Follow appropriate security practices for handling consumer financial information. What We're Looking For - 5+ years of professional software development experience, with significant systems integration experience. - Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs and web services. - Experience with OAuth 2.0, API keys, tokens, and other authentication methods. - Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, or a comparable server-side language. - Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for internal web applications. - Experience integrating commercial SaaS platforms and handling rate limits, pagination, retries, logging, and error conditions. - Experience with source control and structured deployment practices. - Ability to independently troubleshoot complex problems and take ownership of production systems. Experience That Would Be a Plus Experience with any of the following is valuable, but not required: - Mortgage, banking, fintech, or financial services - Salesforce - ICE Mortgage Technology / Encompass APIs - Five9, RingCentral, NICE, or Genesys - Velocify - Snowflake and Domo - Customer.io - Microsoft Azure and Entra ID - Monitoring and observability tools - GLBA, TCPA, SOC 2, or similar regulated environments Why Loan Simple Loan Simple is a forward-thinking National Mortgage Lender founded in 1997. You won't simply maintain someone else's architecture. You'll work directly with our CTO to build it, improve it, and own it. Your work will directly affect how quickly our teams can respond to customers, how efficiently the company operates, and how accurately we can measure performance. Work Environment Fully remote, full-time position. Standard business hours with flexibility for cross-time-zone collaboration. Occasional after-hours support for critical production issues and limited travel for major planning or implementation sessions.
