The role is responsible for providing technical support, conducting product training and educational programs, assisting with product development and evaluation, and supporting customers and the Sales and Marketing teams. The position will also lead technical personnel, ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, and provide Management with technical recommendations to support business objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and expertise in animal health, veterinary products, animal nutrition, and livestock production . Provide technical guidance on animal diseases, vaccines, biologics, feed additives, and nutritional programs . Develop and conduct product training, technical presentations, seminars, and educational programs for employees, customers, and business partners. Provide technical support and consultation to customers, veterinarians, livestock producers, and the Sales and Marketing team. Assist in the evaluation, development, improvement, and positioning of animal health and nutrition products . Monitor industry trends, scientific developments, and applicable regulations related to veterinary, animal health, nutrition, and livestock products. Lead, supervise, coach, and develop technical personnel and assigned team members . Prepare technical reports, product evaluations, training materials, and recommendations for Management. Conduct farm and customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical assessments as needed. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to address customer needs and achieve the Company's technical and business objectives. Benefits: Company car Work Location: In person
