Senior AI Native Full-Stack Software Engineer

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Proven experience independently delivering production software.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern backend development environment.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience designing and working with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications to AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and production debugging.
• Experience using AI coding tools in real development workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take responsibility for completed deliverables.
• Ability to work with Codex, Claude Code, and more.

• Develop responsive web interfaces and dashboards.
• Work with applications hosted on Vercel, AWS, Google Cloud, or comparable platforms.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Review, debug, and improve AI-generated code.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data-access controls.
• Write automated tests and establish reliable deployment processes.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Document technical architecture and development decisions.
• Collaborate with our COO to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify technical risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience integrating large language models or AI APIs into production applications.
• Experience building SaaS products or multi-tenant applications.
• Experience with learning management systems, educational technology, or CRM platforms.
• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience with serverless architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Claude Code, Codex, and more models
• Familiarity with Python.
• Experience improving or maintaining applications originally developed using AI-assisted coding.
