The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to translate real-world challenges into scalable AI and data solutions that deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities - Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models. - Build Generative AI and LLM solutions, including RAG, document intelligence, and AI agents. - Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing. - Deploy AI solutions using APIs, Docker, and cloud-native platforms. - Develop dashboards and analytical products using Power BI. - Monitor production models and data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and drive solution adoption. - Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and AI governance standards. Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or data engineering. - Strong experience with Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks, REST APIs, Docker, and Microsoft Azure. - Knowledge of tools such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Hugging Face, LangChain, Snowflake, Kubernetes, and Power BI. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills. - Experience in healthcare, insurance, consulting, or client-facing technology delivery is preferred. Reporting to: Principal ML Platform Engineer Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
