About the Role Due to growth across our commercial business, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our National Sales team in Melbourne. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to a portfolio of key media agencies, developing and selling multi-platform advertising solutions that deliver commercial outcomes. Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team, you will connect major national brands with our large audience base day-to-day. What You’ll Be Doing - Develop and execute sales strategies to retain, grow, and acquire revenue across your designated agency portfolio. - Build and maintain high-visibility relationships with key agency stakeholders and clients. - Present tailored, multi-platform commercial solutions across digital, print, and content verticals. - Track market intelligence, forecast sales revenue, and manage agency pipeline. - Negotiate commercial terms and rates within predetermined structures. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery and client success. What You’ll Bring - Proven experience within the media industry, with a focus on media agency management. - Proven track record in digital and multi-platform solution selling with active industry connections. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. - Practical knowledge of programmatic sales, Google Ads Manager, and emerging agency/media trends is highly desirable.
