Job Summary The Senior Accounts Manager will oversee end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial management for domestic and export operations. The role ensures accurate bookkeeping, statutory compliance, financial reporting, export documentation, cash flow management, and team supervision. The incumbent will liaise with auditors, banks, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities while supporting strategic business decisions with timely financial insig Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Manage day-to-day accounting for purchases, sales, expenses, bank transactions, and payments Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure timely vendor payments Oversee bank reconciliations and maintain cash and fund flow controls Supervise and review work of junior accountants to ensure accuracy Export Accounting & Compliance Maintain export invoices, shipping bills, and export-related accounting entries Coordinate with logistics, customs, and freight forwarding teams for accurate documentation Ensure timely filing of export-related GST and regulatory compliances Monitor foreign currency transactions and liaise with banks for export payments Taxation & Statutory Compliance Prepare and reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC-04, TDS, and advance tax Coordinate with legal advisors and CAs for GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns Handle notices and follow-ups for Income Tax, GST, TDS, and export compliance Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and maintain regulatory documentation Financial Reporting & MIS Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports Analyze sales, purchases, expenses, and profitability for management decisions Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections for strategic planning Payroll & HR Accounting Oversee payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) Prepare salary sheets, manage reimbursements, and ensure compliance with labor regulations Audit, Legal & Banking Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors for audits and compliance Handle ROC filings, company secretarial documentation, and bank reporting Prepare and submit stock statements, fund statements, and other banking reports Assist with loan documentation and bank-related formalities Team Leadership & Process Improvement Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS), and company policies Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (CA / CMA part-qualified preferred) 7–12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience Experience in handling exports, GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance Skills Required Strong knowledge of domestic and export accounting processes Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and banking compliance Proficient in accounting software (Tally / ERP / SAP) and MS Office Strong analytical, reporting, and financial planning skills Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage a team and multi-task across domestic and export operations Preferred Experience Jewellery, manufacturing, or export-focused business experience Experience with foreign currency transactions and international banking Prior exposure to financial audits and management reporting Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
