LTD.** · Outram · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Scope & Key Responsibilities: Full Set Accounting & Daily Operations Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation) and perform daily accounting entries accurately. 负责全套账目处理(应付账款、应收账款、总账、存货、固定资产及银行对账),准确完成日常账务录入。 Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes in a timely manner. 准时、准确地管理月度、季度和年度财务结账流程。 Prepare financial reports and statements in compliance with relevant standards. 按照相关标准编制财务报告及报表。 Letter of Credit (LC), Trade Finance & Banking Operations Handle bank application forms and documentation for trade finance, including LC issuance, Trust Receipts (TR), and collections. 负责处理贸易融资相关的银行表格及文件填写,包括开立信用证(LC)、信托收据(TR)及托收业务等。 Review, vet, and verify import/export LC terms, conditions, and trade/shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.) to ensure strict compliance and minimize discrepancies. 审核、审查并核对进出口信用证(LC)条款及贸易/航运单据(提单、商业发票、装箱单等),确保合规并最大限度减少不符点。 Tax, Statutory Compliance & Ad-hoc Support Prepare and assist with quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and statutory filings. 编制并协助进行季度消费税(GST)申报及相关法定报送。 Coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, and banks. 与外部审计师、税务代理及银行等外部相关方保持日常对接。 Support management on ad-hoc accounting and operational tasks. 根据管理层要求,支持临时的财务及运营相关任务。 Job Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or professional qualification, with at least 3 years of hands-on finance experience specifically within trading companies , covering full sets of accounts and routine accounting operations. 会计/金融专业本科学历或具备专业资格, 拥有至少3 年及以上贸易公司财务实操经验 ,熟悉全套账目与日常财务运营。 Trade Knowledge: Good understanding of trade finance, Incoterms, and LC documentation review (UCP 600 / ISBP). 熟悉贸易融资、国际贸易术语及信用证单据审核(UCP 600 / ISBP)。 Software & Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Xero). 熟练掌握 MS Excel(VLOOKUP、数据透视表),熟悉财务软件(如 QuickBooks 或 Xero)。 Language & Attributes: Detail-oriented and fluent in spoken and written Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. 注重细节,具备流利的中文听说读写能力,以便与讲中文的客户、供应商及内部团队顺畅沟通。 Merrycorn is an international trading company in fertilizer and relevant chemicals industry with its head office in Singapore and representative offices in Beijing, Wuhan and Yichang, China.
