Senior Accounts Executive
Job Description: .Bank Reconciliation: Ensure timely reconciliation of all company bank accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues. · GST Working: Prepare and file GST returns, maintain compliance with statutory requirements, and manage input/output credit. · TDS Working: Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filing of returns in compliance with tax regulations. · Diesel Consumption Monitoring: Track and analyze fuel usage across fleet operations to optimize costs and reduce wastage. · FASTag Management: Oversee FASTag transactions, maintain records, and ensure proper allocation to vehicles. · Maintenance Costing: Record and analyze vehicle maintenance expenses, prepare cost reports, and suggest cost-saving measures. · Loan Handling: Manage company loans, including EMI tracking, interest calculations, repayment schedules, and coordination with banks/financial institutions. · Tally Entries: Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP, ensuring accuracy and completeness. · Team Handling: Lead and supervise the accounts team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training/support.
