With head office located in Hong Kong, our operations spread over different countries. We have factories in China, Thailand and the Philippines and sales, liaison offices in the USA, Japan and Singapore. Due to the fast growth of our business, we are inviting high caliber and diligent candidates to join us. Responsibilities: - Handle full sets of accounts independently. - Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. - Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation functions. - Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audits, tax filings and statutory requirements. - Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate accounting records. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. - Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax advisors and internal stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. - Support ad hoc finance projects and assignments as required. Requirements: - Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. - 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with hands-on experience in handling full sets of accounts for private companies. - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. - Familiar with accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. - Responsible, detail-oriented and well-organized with good numerical sense. - Able to work independently and meet deadlines. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
