Location: Thane, Maharashtra Experience: 3+ Years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Final Dropout Working Days: Monday–Friday (5 Days) Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end bookkeeping and year-end finalization. Manage AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations. Prepare monthly MIS and management reports. Participate in client meetings and provide accounting support. Lead and manage the accounting team. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. Desired Profile 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
